Tyler Tarver
Dr. Tyler Tarver loves helping teachers. He has over 45 million views and 400k subscribers across YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. He is the founder and creator of a plethora of resources over at TarverAcademy.com, has written 4 books (including The Baller Teacher Playbook), hosts multiple podcasts, and has his superintendent certification, and Doctorate in Educational Leadership at Harding University. He's also a Google Innovator, Google Certified Trainer, Apple Distinguished Educator, Apple Certified Foundations Trainer, and was on the Google Forms Expert Team. He has been a teacher, principal, dean, and Director of Curriculum and Instruction!
Ken Shelton
Ken is a highly distinguished professional in the field of education, carrying a Master’s degree in Education with a specific focus on Educational Technology and New Media Design and Production. His academic background is complemented by over two decades of hands-on teaching experience, with a significant part of his career devoted to shaping young minds at the Middle School level through the lens of technology. Ken is an esteemed member of the Educational Technology community, standing tall with accolades from leading global tech entities such as Apple, Google, and Microsoft. He holds the esteemed title of an Apple Distinguished Educator, a Google Certified Innovator, and a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, signifying his active and influential role in advancing educational technology.
Join us for an exciting day of Learning with
Anderson Community Schools, Frankton-Lapel Community Schools, New Castle Community Schools, and South Madison Community Schools are partnering to host the PIVOT Conference on June 5, 2024. The conference will take place at Pendleton Heights High School in Pendleton, Indiana. The schools were awarded a joint Summer of Learning grant from the Indiana Department of Education to hold the conference which will be focused on demonstrating high impact strategies to help accelerate learning recovery.
